Well his first wife left him like 2 months before his SR22 was up and cancelled the insurance on him. They automatically suspened his license unknown to him. He got pulled over in KS in 95 for speeding and they said his license was suspeneded....took him to jail and took his VA license. A year later he was driving my car..is was messing up bad and he got stopped again and taken to jail for suspened license. Ok so now the state of VA has declared him a habitual offeneder. We are in California and so is the college but the court would only allow her to to take an alcohol/substance abuse class in their jurisdition which because of work, she couldn't do. (Santa Barbara Court suspends your license unless you take their class). So, she received a mandatory 1 year suspension of her license. The ticket did not involve driving whatsoever. Just recently I was arrensted for driving with a suspended license (which I was unaware of). I bonded out and have taken the steps to get my license reinstated, filing SR22, paying DPS fees, etc.., and I found out the DWSL is a class b misd. I called and left a messege to my probation officer to let her know what happened but she never returned my call. What worries me is today is my monthly meeting and I am scared if she is going to violate me. I was having a little hope she wouldn't for the reasons that she is actually a very understanding po, been paying on time and no failed UAs, I do my community service. And the offense was minor but what worries me is in the conditions it says do not break the law/catch new case. People have told me they have caught new cases (possesion, pi etc..) and their PO didn't violate. Is it up to the PO and the situation or are her hands tied and I will be violated? Any help would be a appreciated Ok obviously I am back and didn't go to jail. Well basically my PO told me that class B misdemeanors and up have to be reported to the courts. Class C doesn't have to be reported and it is up the PO. Fortunately for me I am up to date on all fees and court requirements. She reported it to the court but stated that I have no issues and the court said it will take no action on the charge. So now I just have to deal with the DWSL charge which I am not as worried about as I was with being violated.
